We start off with an one-on-one consultation call to help me understand your current challenges, priorities, fitness goals, nutritional preferences and lifestyle.
Step 2
I design a training program that's uniquely tailored to suit you, your lifestyle, your schedule and training environment. Whether it be a commercial gym, functional fitness gym or even your front room.
Step 3
Every week we review your training and nutrition and we also review and set goals. These will be in the form of calls, surveys, reflections and assessments to motivate you to stay committed to your goals.
